Our workshops are guided as both teachings & Direct Experiences (as opposed to just information for your mind). Direct Experiences allow your entire mind, body, and Soul to awaken to the Divine nature within you and all around you. 

Come experience The Big Island's natural beauty. We will bring you to all of our favorite places on the island... sacred black sand beach, majestic sea turtles, cascading waterfalls, local farmers markets, Volcano National Park, and more.

Our meals are made fresh each day by our private retreat chef. She lives local on the island and harvests tropical fruits/produce from the land. All meat, eggs, and animal foods are also local, grass fed, and organic. There is so much love and care put into each meal that you receive. 

Our kitchen is 100% gluten free.

We have one dedicated menu for all retreat guests. If you have a specific food allergy or prefer plant based meals, simply let us know and our chef will gladly accommodate.

Our retreat is secluded on 20 acres of land and surrounded by the beautiful Hawaii jungle. Enjoy ocean views, rainbows, volcanic hot spring soaking tubs, abundance of fruit trees, private nature trail, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of local coqui frogs.

You can choose to stay in a shared room (2 twin beds), a private room (with shared bathroom), or your own private cottage.

Example Schedule:

7a - Tea & Toast Station: self serve coffee, tea, sweet + savory toast (avocado, sprouts, almond butter, banana, honey)

7:30a - Morning Movement / Presence Practice

8:30a - Group Workshop: Energetics In Relationships > Learn about the underlying energy patterns that either keep us in reenactment or open us to deeper connection. Followed by partner activity.

10:30a - Brunch: brekky tacos (scrambled eggs, avocado, salsa, goat feta, corn tortillas), overnight oats (with nut butter, maple syrup, berries), tropical fruit platter

12p - Island Adventure: Volcano National Park > Hike and explore the inside of a giant crater that molten lava used to fill.

5:30p - Dinner: homemade gf gnocchi with golden potatoes, creamy red meat sauce, side caesar salad with cashew based dressing 

7p - Evening activity: Soak in outdoor tub filled with volcanic hot spring water heated by underground lava tubes ~ while stargazing up at the milky-way galaxy & listening to the symphony of native coqui frogs.

Yes, we offer monthly payment plans.

How it works: Your first payment is due when you make the choice to secure your spot. Each following payment will be processed automatically on the same day each month until you have paid in full. Final payments are due 7 days before retreat begins.

Yes! We will pick you up from and drop you off at Hilo airport (ITO). All retreat transportation from your arrival to departure is included. 

Flights are not included.

We warmly welcome women of all ages. 🙂

Most women who attend our retreats are in their 30’s, while some are younger and some are older. We have had many women attend who are in their 20's, 40’s and 50’s.

What is really special about these retreats is that everyone is showing up for a transformational experience and this shared intention unites the whole group together. Everyone is incredibly accepting of each other.

There have been multiple guests over the years who say they typically have social anxiety but as soon as they step foot at our retreat they feel relaxed and comfortable to be themselves.
