At my core, I am a change maker, dedicated to leading the way towards a brighter future for all of us. After finding myself in a very dark place 7 years ago, I made a commitment to transmute my challenges into fuel so I could finally share my gifts with the world.
As a holistic wellness coach certified by the world’s top health coaching school (IIN), I have helped over 400 clients transform their lives through retreats and online courses. On my path to support others in feeling safe, seen, and elevated, I created a global community and social media following of 700,000+ people.
I envision a world where we all have the tools and support that we need to transcend past conditioning, reconnect with our True Essence, and consciously create a new paradigm on Earth. This is my soul's mission.
